  1. Account Registration

All customers must complete and submit a Customer Application Form to establish an account. By registering, the applicant affirms that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or terminate any account at our discretion.

  2. Orders and Payments

Orders may be placed via phone, email, or authorized ordering portals. Payment terms are as agreed upon at account setup – either C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) or Net Terms, subject to credit approval. Past due balances may be subject to late fees of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum allowed by Florida law.

Customers are responsible for all purchases made under their account. Any disputes must be submitted verbally or in writing within 10 days of the invoice date.

  3. Shipping and Delivery

We make every effort to ship products promptly and accurately. Shipping dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery delays due to carriers, weather, or other uncontrollable events are not the responsibility of our company.

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon arrival. Any claims for damage, shortage, or shipping errors must be reported within 1 business day of delivery.

  4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt and are subject to approval. All returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.

Custom, special-order, or clearance items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed via original payment method or credit memo within 10 business days of return approval.

  5. Shelf Life Policy

Unless a specific shelf life requirement is agreed upon in writing at the time of order, shelf life will not be accepted as a valid reason for return.

Products delivered with a reasonable and usable shelf life, as commonly accepted in the industry, are considered acceptable and not eligible for return or refund.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to communicate any required shelf life expectations prior to placing the order. Products shipped without such specifications will be deemed final sale.

  6. Credit Terms and Collection

Customers approved for credit terms agree to pay invoices in full by the due date. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to place the account on hold and initiate collections. The customer agrees to pay any costs associated with collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs. Past due balances may be subject to late fees of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum allowed by Florida law.

Customers are responsible for all purchases made under their account. Any disputes must be submitted verbally or in writing within 10 days of the invoice date.

  7. Limitation of Liability

Our company shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Liability shall in no case exceed the purchase price of the goods.

  8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for any disputes shall lie in the appropriate state or federal court located in our county of operation.

Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

  2. How We Use Cookies

One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize the Company’s pages, or register with the Company’s site or services, a cookie helps the Company to recall your specific information on subsequent visits.

This simplifies the process of recording your personal information, such as billing addresses, shipping addresses, and so on. When you return to the same website, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the Company’s features that you customized.
