CRESTAFIX CORE-BOND B650R HIGH VISCOSITY BEDDING COMPOUND – Core-Bond B650R High-Viscosity is specially developed for butt joints and manual application. B650R is a lightweight polyester-based core bedding adhesive formulated to be catalyzed with standard MEKP catalyst. Proper use of B650R ensures all of the cuts in the core are completely filled and that no air entrapment exists between the core and the laminate. B650R’s characteristics provide superior bond-line integrity over chopped strand mat. Products may be troweled or sprayed. MEKP Catalyst is sold separately. Product is sold by the 5 gallon.

B650R must be catalyzed with an MEKP 9% active oxygen content catalyst.
MIX RATIO: Mix 1.5% (by weight) MEKP-9 catalyst at 75°F / 24°C to obtain a 30-45 minute gel time.
